Planned Parenthood Voters of Iowa (PPVI) is the political arm of Planned Parenthood of the Heartland in Iowa. PPVI educates and mobilizes activists to help protect the reproductive health rights of Iowans. Its political action committee, PPVI PAC, supports state-level candidates who support reproductive freedom.

The Planned Parenthood Voters of Iowa PAC Steering Committee voted unanimously to endorse Gov. Chet Culver’s campaign for re-election.  Governor Culver has been a stalwart defender of reproductive justice.  Because of his leadership, Iowa has taken great steps towards preventing unintended pregnancies through expanding access to contraceptives.  He has stood with women every moment of his first term as governor.  PPVI PAC will make sure that he has the opportunity to stand with women for a second term.
